I know it's been a while since I've been here. I've had a lot going on with school now going on and me working full time and all that jazz. However, here is the big question of the day...
Are you guys/girls still going to love me?
On Saturday, I went in and traded my 2003 F-150 in for this:
It's a 2010 Chevy Camaro SS with a 6.2L V8 engine (426 HP) with a 6 spd and a Hurst short throw shifter behind it. Only has 15k miles on it.
I just had to. My wife bought her "dream car" earlier this month, a 2012 Ford Mustang Convertible (3.6L V6, Automatic) and she has been smiles ever since. So, I figured, what the heck, maybe it's my turn to put smiles like that on my face too. This will be the 6th Camaro I've owned (so far) in my lifetime.
I'm still waiting for it to be transferred up from Tucson, so technically my F-150 isn't gone yet. I think it will be here by the weekend.
So, the question is...will you all still love me even if I don't have an F-150 any longer?
Well, the name of this site is Ford Truck ENTHUSIASTS. Nowhere on the site does it say we have to own a Ford truck, just be an enthusiasts, so I guess we will still love you. As long as you give each and every one of us a ride in that bad boy!
As for me, I will be buying a new to me car next Monday, but I will be going up to Sacramento to get it. Mine is a 2002 Jaguar X-type sport with the 3.0L V6 (227hp IIRC) black on black with a sunroof. And since Ford owned Jaguar in 2002 I am safe. LOL
Good afternoon Nevada. I'm glad Michelle is OK. I guess she is still in Fallon.
Don't forget Drag Racing "The Strip" Las Vegas this weekend. Suppose to be 115 at Nellis on Saturday. We have excessive heat warnings for Fri-Sun with temps reaching 123 here on the river. I guess we might need our A/C. Thankfully all our vehicles have good working A/C as does our house.
Craig
123?!?!?! I guess I can't complain about our temps going up to 109 then can I? of course that is the middle of next week, not this week. But this weekend, when I am moving, it will be 102-104
Mat - My only question....When do we get a ride?
That Camaro is bitch'n dude! I love it!!!
Not many vehicles can hold up to my bracket racer abuse! The ONLY ones so far are...
all years of Chevy, older Fords(no computer chip/EFI), Toyotas, & Nissans! Every Dodge product/ ANY year that I've ever owned, within 1 year something major goes wrong with it...blown engine, transmission, frame breaks/bends, etc.
Don't get me wrong, I like Dodges, but they don't like me. LOL!
Hey all! Well, I'm still an enthusiast of Ford trucks, so I guess I'm safe! . Plus, I'd miss all of you if I had to leave. :-(.
Gem - I do agree within reason and would love to have a 69 SS or Z/28 instead, but I only have so much funds. Maybe one day I'll have them side by side. :-)
If I cruise it up to everyone's neck of the woods up there, I'll be happy to take you all for a ride. :-). I'm nice like that. Just remember, get in, sit down, shut up and hold on. LOL!
Ya, this weather sucks and I'm sick too, so that will make it worse. I can't believe it will be 114-117 thru this weekend here. Ugggghhhh. I sooooo couldn't imagine moving in that!!!!

Rezvani's Latest Post-Apocalyptic Monster Is a Ford F-150 Raptor Underneath
William, how about before and after? LOL! If anything I would possibly do a supercharger on it. I've always been paranoid I would blow something up with nitrous, so I've never run it. LOL!
Gem - ohhhhhh, don't I know it. I know that's considered a "stereotype", but its true. I know they will be out looking for this Victory Red with black stripe Camaro. I'm only going to TRY and play wherever it's safe, but that's really no where. LOL!
New guy here out of Vegas. My current Ford truck is a 2011 F250 PSD...it is the wifes "mini van" and our tow pig. I have been on the site for a while, I just do not post up that much.
If I could have any of my dream cars...my 1st choice would be a 67 Camaro - the only year they came out with wing windows! Then a 308 GTS Ferrarri, & ofcourse the list goes on & on. LOL!
