Hey Joe, have you talked to Scott lately? I know he's still alive because I see his posts from time to time on FaceBook, but he's been keeping a real low profile around here. Especially since his chariot took a nose dive, not that I'm one to pick on him about that.

It will be back soon enough. I'm sure within a week we all will be moaning & groaning about the sauna outside.
Jeff, got an RV rubber roof question for you...if your game for a repair project (via computer). What is the best way...short of paying someone to do the dirty work....to repair these one piece roofs? Got a spot on the neck of ours that leaking water into the bedroom.

Have not.. but pretty much all of us keep a low profile this time of year. I spend every daylight moment not at work trying to keep up with the yard or working on the shop before it gets ridiculously hot.

Thats the truth. If it wasnt for the animals out back, I would have a jungle.
Teenager motivated by $$$; you'd be amazed what you can get out of one for a small investment.
That is true but you also have to factor in their lazyness level & thinking abilities. Some times you can tell them this goes there, mow that area & help me here & they work with no problems. Other are up your *** about how to do everything or halfass it cause they dont know how to ask.
In other news.... found out how much taxes, tags & insurance would be on a Peterbilt for a farm...... not bad but not cheap. $773 if paid in full (insur.) for a year. Thats all 3 together. $64.42 per month isnt bad for a truck that size. 46,000 gvwr.

What model and motor? While I've never been blessed with one...Riggs was a big KW fleet; I've often thought that I wanted a 379 long nose. But that was a different career years ago.

Looking into it with an '85 359 Cummins & 9spd. Havent talked to the owner yet since I wanted to know what I was getting into first. Didnt want to take on a project this size if I couldnt even tag/insure it.
