Firewall Passage
Adding a backup camera to the new head unit I installed a couple months ago. Is there a spot in the firewall that I can pull the wires thru from the chassis/engine compartmentinto the cab? 2010 F350, crew cab, diesel.

If they haven't changed it i would look for a plastic panel where the clutch pedal would be. On my truck, 02, there was a plastic spacer plate that i drilled out to run my sub wires and when i run my back up camera that is where i will be running the RCA wires.

There are ready made pass through wires already there. Look for a bundle below the master cylinder.
Also under the dash you should see these same wires.
Alternately where these wires pass through is rubber. You can pass through your own at that location.

That wouldn't work well for the video signal wire he is trying to run.

Duh! You are right about that. Video is different. Should be able to put it through the rubber though. Best spot imho.
