Flowmaster 10 Series

Okay so this is my first time on here so cut me some slack. I had a flowmaster 10 series installed on my truck today. I have had a dumped exhaust on their before but i decided it was time for something new. So i got the SI/DO dueled out the back. The sound of the 10 series is not what i was expecting, it isn't as loud as I thought. Is it possible that it may get louder over some time? Or is because I'm just used to a dumped exhaust? Any help will be appreciated.

They get a little bit louder as they break in but it will never compare to a dumped exhaust.

It might get a tiny bit louder, usually the tone changes more than anything. They seem to get a deeper tone as they break in.

Thanks guys. I'm guessing it just sounds different to me do to the fact that I'm used to a dumped exhaust.
