1999 Explorer drivers side electronic doorlock doesn't work

1999 Explorer drivers side electronic doorlock doesn't work
Replaced the doorlock switch and all the other doorlock switches in the car work, as does the one on the keyfob. Any ideas on how to figure out what's going on would be appreciated.

Does the driver's doorlock switch control the other doors, just not the driver's door? If that's the case, the problem is likely to be the driver's door lock solenoid. If the driver's doorlock switch does NOT control the locks for any doors, the problem is likely to be a broken wire in accordion boot between the door and the cabin.
Do you have a test light or multimeter that you could use to test for voltage to the driver's doorlock solenoid? Are you familiar with removing the door panels?

It maybe a broken wire. I have model year 2000 explorer and the drivers door lock would only unlock. All the others worked. After tracing the wires, it was a broken/corroded wire behind the rear seat. Soldered the three wires back together. Worked fine.
