I was told the block was rebuilt and never driven. All I've done is ran it long enough to warm it up twice. Then I did the compression test. Am I in need of a rebuild??

As you probably know those are some bad numbers. I would run it a little more, drive it if possible. If the compression doesnt get up to at least 130 (which is low), then it is time to take it down and check it out.
