Certainly is unique looking, but it's not for a 240/300. Looks to be a Chevy or a Jeep.

I believe if mounted on a Jeep of chebby the tubes would be pointed at the radiator?

There are two exhaust ports side-by-side in the middle, so yeah, it can't be a 300.

I don't think it's for a cheby. To me it looks like it might be for a modified Ford Small 6 ( 170, 200, 250 ) . You cut the cast intake log off the head weld on a mounting flange and bolt that bad boy up to it.

Good catch though on which way the headers were curved, I hadn't thought of that.
I think you're right, fordman, one of the smaller I6s.
