Well, since I'm pretty much local, I guess I can get the beans there before it's time to eat :-) Burgers and dogs sound great since so many will have long distances to travel.

Which cabin do you have reserved Joe? It occurred to me I don't know the actual location in the park.
Do we have a sign up list for sides? Jeff's got the beans. Renee is bringing her world famous "football" dip. What else do we need.
Anybody coming besides our usual 6? Scott, Joe, Dave, Jeff, Zack, Will. We all still in?

I haven't heard back from Zack and Will to make sure they're coming. Jim mentioned he may come too, if he could ride down with someone.
I'll grab some hamburger meat, hot dogs, some bratwursts, and maybe something else to throw on the grill.
I guess we'll need a volunteer for buns, chips, fixins..

I hear ya. I'm going to get my motor as built as I can this Saturday, but the next two weekends after that are full, so even if I get it fully assembled it would be the 26th at the earliest before I could think about putting it back in frame. Just gotta bide that time and handle what we can handle.

What time do you guys think, Noon? Sounds like this is going to be a small shin-dig.
If we leave Central AR around 9, that would put us down there around 11:45 - 12:00.

Well Fellas, looks like just our 4 crews are going to make it..
