I'll load up my big charcoal grill and bring it . I think we should just do a burger and dog meal what do ya think ?
Well, since I'm pretty much local, I guess I can get the beans there before it's time to eat :-) Burgers and dogs sound great since so many will have long distances to travel.
Anybody coming besides our usual 6? Scott, Joe, Dave, Jeff, Zack, Will. We all still in?
Sorry I've been keeping a low profile guys...with football season upon us...we're staying busier than I'd like with Joey's JV football, marching band and choir after school actives not to mention working a couple of weekends here lately. With all of that said, it looks like I'm going to have to back out on making this GTG...I've got too many projects going during the weekends to slip away for the day. Heck, I've got a couple of "accessories" for the Princess sitting here at the house that I'm not sure when I'll get around to getting them installed...someone is still hounding me about a remote start on her Focus that I bought fall 2012. I was really looking forward to getting down there. I'll be glad when the first of November gets here...the end of Jr High football.
Never thought I'd say I'll be glad when football season is over....think it's time for me to attend one of those interventions!
I hear ya. I'm going to get my motor as built as I can this Saturday, but the next two weekends after that are full, so even if I get it fully assembled it would be the 26th at the earliest before I could think about putting it back in frame. Just gotta bide that time and handle what we can handle.
What time do you guys think, Noon? Sounds like this is going to be a small shin-dig.
If we leave Central AR around 9, that would put us down there around 11:45 - 12:00.
Found this at the state park's page:
10/1/2013
The temporary shutdown of some federal government facilities and programs does not affect Arkansas's state parks, which are all state of Arkansas operations. All the state parks, and all state park facilities and activities, continue to operate under regular hours of operation.
Jeff are you still game to go over that morning and put something at the table to reserve it for us?
Dave's bringing a few folding tables, everyone will probably want to bring a few folding chairs as well.
