Headers / o2 sensors

Is it posible to run headers and some how bypass the O2 senssor computer link? How is it possible to run performance parts and fool the brain?

I never did try to bypass it on my 92. I don't remember what size nut I use but I believe it was a 9/16 I just drilled the hole large enough to fit the senor in and welded the nut onto my H pipe and screwed the O2 sensor.

What makes you think you need to fool the computer to install performance parts? Put a bung for the O2 sensor in the passenger side header collector and you're good to go.
