Forum Issue
Anybody else having an issue of the forum wanting redirect to a "page not found" page? It does this multiple times. Sometimes I click back to go back to the page I want, and it will redirect again. I sometimes have to hit "stop" just as soon as the text comes up on the page to keep it from redirecting. I have a feeling its an ad issue since the page it tries to redirect to has "doubleclick" in the address.

Guys, please please post links of the page you're clicking on that takes you to the redirect "Page Not Found"
Please post the address of the page (link) before you get redirected to the page not found, not the result after the click.

That's the thing, its not just one page... Im usually only in the excursion forum, and spend a lot of time in the "what did you do to the ex today" thread." Its not just that thread though, its all of them. Its hit and miss, somedays I have no problem at all, and some days its thread after thread that redirects. Usually I just hit the back button and go about my business with no more problems, and sometimes I hit back to get back to my thread and it redirects again. Been having the problem for probably a month or so and it was only like 1 or 2 redirects a week, but it was really bad earlier this week.
Oh, ps. 99% of the time I right click on the threads I want to read and choose "open in new tab" that way I can browse quicker. Sometimes When I open one up, the thread loads and then redirects to the page not found and I can just click back and get back to the thread. Most of the time I have no issues, but a couple days ago it was just redirect after redirect.

I wish those were the problems I was having. I could not do anything with my old logon and messaged the moderators till the cows come home. got tired of no help so I just created a new log on.

It was Mcyclonegt. I was a member for years. I got an email at first with directions that made no sense. I also did a trouble ticket and got no help. This forum is so useful, I needed access.

I sent this to our ad operations team, since we think it may be an ad issue. Google couldn't replicate the problem and they are asking for more links after you are redirected to the "page not found." Please post those links in here and I can send it over to them to hopefully get more insight as to why this is happening.

The next time that you get redirected, capture the history. That will allow the guys here to help track it down.
If you're using Internet Explorer:
- type CTRL+SHIFT+H
The browser history will open. The history will be displayed. You want "today's".
You can also click on the down arrow next to the left-right / back-forward arrows. Here, you can see the history for this browser session.
If you're using (Mozilla) Firefox:
- Right click on the BACK arrow (upper left).
The history will be displayed. You want everything from the top of the list down to the FTE page.

I'll try and get screenshots next time it happens...
I will pass along that I am using IE10 on Windows 7. One of the previous times I had this issue and went to post links, the "page not found" page did not show up in my browsing history. Once I go back to the page I wanted to get to, I can't go forward to the page not found page.
