For the ones already taken you have to open them with a photo program (any editor can do this but not sure what you have on your computer) then probably under format or edit, resize picture. Reduce the resolution, pixels or overall size to get down to about 500 mgs. Then for future use - set your camera to a lighter resolution. FTE likes mine set at about 2 mps anything higher than that and I'm doing some extra work to reduce file sizes.
