I ended up buying an Equalizer hitch after what I read. For the money, it's a great hitch set up. Got mine for $550.00 installed. $450.00 if you do it yourself. Got it at RVWholesalers.com
I've got one but I keep getting lazy and not hooking it up to my truck (and only being able to go 80km/h) such a pain. I am going to hook it up next time I go get the trailer (in a week I think) I'll let you know how it goes.
I use the hitch to tow my 32 foot Holiday Rambler and love it. My old equalizer had the bars and chains this new is much easier to use and the trailer is more stable on the road. The big thing to remember is to keep the pivots bolt heads on the ball mount torqued to 45 ft lbs for the anti sway part of the system to work right. I keep all of my tires inflated to within 5 lbs of the max pressure, this includes the truck and trailer. I tow with and 92 f250 with the 460.
