06 E350 need help!!

I have a 06 E350. Left turn signal bulb blinks correctly but doesn't stay lit as running lights. Please help!!

Ford E-Series vans use a 2 filament rear bulb. Its likely one of the filaments has failed. Replace the bulb. If that does not correct it, you will have to perform additional diagnosis.
