Sway bar

Does anyone know what years the front sway bar will fit an '83 f 150?, I'd like to tighten up the ride a little, also, would a 4x4 be the same size?

I have run a 1995 Ford Lightning swaybar on an older truck, with the correct shuffling of parts. it can be done.
