Master cylinder garbage
I have replaced my master 3 times now, I use new ones from advance auto, and get all the air out of the lines and it seems after a few weeks the pedal is low again and the braking pressure is terrible
Every time I've replaced them except for once the problem disappears I'm wondering if they keep failing because they're junk even though there new or it could be something else,
I'm thinking about buying a ford one but they're $230
Slide pins pads rotors tins all done all the way around no leaks etc
I installed the ford master pedal isn't creeping to the floor like the last Chinese one that failed, brake pedal pressure is firm almost at the firewall
I did adjust the headspace between the booster rod and mc plunger, I had it where there was almost no gap at all and same results, I also turned it out even farther so that the mc plunger doesn't return to its full resting spot, checked all wheels to make sure they didn't drag and that gave me a taller firmer pedal with more stopping power, but that can't be healthy for the mc seals if it isn't allowed to return to its full rested position
Brake were bled aswell mc was bench bled, pedal does not pump up none of my other super duties had a problem like this
