TAC stuck shut

Have a 2008 F 350 with a 5.4 has two codes, one is TAC forced idle and the second is TAC stuck shut. What is this ? and how do I fix it? Also can the truck be driven with this problem? or does it get parked until its fixed? Thanks, John
