Who says Americans are over-indulgent? Just went to the Mulvane steak feed last night with Clint and a few friends and members of the Wichita 4X4 club. The average portion of steak was 30oz and the typical beer mug was right at a gallon.

Great time as usual.







I'm gettin back in the gym Monday.
