What should I do?

Just purchased 2011 F250.

Looking at putting a 6" lift. Anyone use rough country if so what are your thoughts? What is the most common lift everyone is using?

What about wheels. I have been told the chrome wheels do not last. I was told to look at PVD but not much out there. Anyone in Florida with XD or Fuel wheels, how did the hold up?

Also looking into performance upgrades. Going to do exhaust. Do I need to do tuner and air intake? Any recomendations?

Someone told me to use a special leather cleaner for the King Ranch. Is that true and if so what do I use.

Thanks for any feedback

My buddy has a rough country lift on his dodge dually, seems to like it ok. BDS seems good too. Are you thinking of straight piping it for exhaust? You will need a dpf delete capable tuner, H&S tuners are the best. I use regular leather conditioner on my kr, but thats me. Its not the thick saddle leather like the old king ranchers.

Welcome to FTE Tax Man, I use regular leather conditioner on my seats as well. Sorry I can't help on the lift.

Cheers

I'm going with a fabtech lift but that's also just me I've heard good things about them. And as far as exhaust goes like said it really depends on if your going to be deleting dpf or not if so you will need a tuner to avoid throwing a code I went with spartan phalanx.

I agree on the MBRP that's what I'm going with. As far as cold air intake I went with S&B I've heard they're great and you can't beat the price

If you just do a cold air intake and DPF back exhaust, you don't need a tuner. Just bolt them in place. The S&B CAI is a great deal and a lot of guys are running it. I have an aFe CAI and I love it. The MBRP is nice on my truck, but the stainless sure seems to be rusting? I called them on it and they told me to polish it with stainless steel cleaner. I told them yeah...I'm not doing that. I just won't buy your exhaust again. If you don't have road salt, it won't be an issue.

They don't sell aluminum exhausts. They sell aluminized steel exhaust. They tend to rust even faster if they use salt or deicers where you drive.

My aluminized turbo back on the 03 Ex was still going strong when I traded....

but DFW tends not to have too much salt on the roads

What is a good web site for purchasing wheels and tires. I like the looks of the deep dish style and 22. Besides price are there any disadvantages of going with a larger wheel?
