spark plug gap for 300i6
I have a 76 f100 with a 300 6 and Im about to replace the spark plugs in it as I have a slight misfire...they were pulled out before and they looked good but something just aint right with the way it is running. I had just pulled a few a while back and gapped one but im pretty sure I did it a bit too large and made the problem and bit more obnoxious. What is the best gap for this engine as it is all stock except for the petronix ignition in the dizzy so as I do not have to worry about the silver box. It runs good sometimes then other days it will give me a little trouble, maybe due to this crazy georgia weather I got going on down here..rain then shine, cant make up his own mind this time of the year.
