Cab/Frame Mount bolts

No idea, hopefully someone more knowledgeable will answer.
I had my wife with a wrench in cab and socket on bottom, snugged up good. It had a sleeve to avoid crushing the pan, but I don't know that was really necessary.
Then I either did or definitely meant to tack the nut to the bolt for a lock washer.... Avoiding inhaling fumes from plated steel.
