Speed density stroker
Hey guys so I have a new 5.0 that's basically maxed out on power for my 88' f150 , and I was wondering before I drop the engine in, if I could maybe run a 331 stroker crank and be ok ? With stock rods and high performance pistons , could I get a chip to compensate for everything ?

You can't use stock con rods with a stroker crank, if you did you wouldn't get any extra stroke, and if you're stroking the motor there is no point going half way go all the way to 347, and then if you retain the stock heads and F4TE cam it'll run well on a 5.8 SD computer.

Okay cool, so I'm gunna be running comps 31-255-5 again , so that can be used with new rods and the stroker crank ? Heads are just gunna be ported e7s with trickflow dual valve springs and 1.7 rockers
