2 weeks to Truckfest.I am getting ready.Started putting things together.Looked at the weather and see snow for this weekend.I hope Gary has insulated sponge bobs, and can lost bob get his truck out of storage? At least we won't need ice to keep the drinks cold.
Northern WI got 10" of snow yesterday. I still haven't got my truck out storage. No matter what I'll get out tomorrow. Then to the shop for the tire swap, oil and lube and tune up.
Maybe I didn't make myself clear. I listed the order of my tasks in the order I have to accomplish them. The GPS is the last on the list.
Chelle tells me what to do enough already, I can handle getting the truck out of the shed and driving it the 1/4 mile to the house without the GPS, I hope.
Well Bob, if you are only gonna bring 1/4 to the house does that mean that Chell is gonna bring 3/4 or do you have to make 4 trips? How do you drive 1/4, do you stand up or do you walk behind with reins and drive it like you do down on the farm.

haha, you still hide the truck in that pole barn in the middle of nowhere? Think you showed me once when I was over getting frame sections from ya a few years back.
I edited my post to so it a little clearer. I guess I should take more when posting knowing you're monitoring my posts. I'll have to recheck my posts before hitting the send button.
Jon,
Yep, trucks are stored in the pole building in the back 40 but let's keep the exact location a secret. Very low security. The only other people that get to it are the bums that travel the train tracks and the drunks that go out of their way to venture off the main road, down the cow lane and over the rail road tracks.
No, I just took off my out of round new tires off and put on my 30 year old tires for winter storage. I can't replace the new tires for a while yet. I'll just live with them for a while. I drove the truck with 30 year old tires for a long time.
TBHHUNT, Doc held one in Sept. in Ky. and it started there. Everyone that attended really had a great time so they put up a thread as to where everyone would like to have another get together and Il. won and Rob was so gracious as to have everyone come to his place . The first was Truckstock and this one is Truckfest.
I am so freakin busy at work, I haven't been on much lately.
Trying to catch up! I will be there this time! I could almost ride a bicycle to Rob's! Well....maybe 20 years ago...But I will be there, and Nicolle will too.
I still feel like I missed a link in the CHAIN OF LIFE, by missing out at Doc's.
but whaddya do...
