my dads 200 diesel had two stock sets within the first 70k, my 2004 had one replaced under warranty and then they went bad again at i think 53k. I installed energy suspension poly in both are trucks and never had a problem, my dad i installed at 70k and he now has 150k on his diesel with no problems what so ever. My dad i only put the grease from energy on them and i have never touched them since, mine because I'm so **** i re-grease them ever year when i re-grease my front unit bearings and brake slid pins etc
and adding grease fittings is simply, drill a 1/8 hole and buy a grease zerk fitting kit from Advanced Auto Napa etc and simply install the fitting. Now that were on the subject i might go do it to my F350 Saturday so i don't have to keep unbolting them ever year to re-grease it
i've fixed sway bar problems on my last two SD's by removing it altogether. i don't tow anything heavier than my 24' enclosed and i've not had a single negative impact by removing them. that being said both of my SD's have had pretty stiff front spring options, so your mileage may vary.

All they are is a temporary added spring pressure anyway so I never could figure out why these people put heavy springs in and then add a Hellwig to the back when all it does is throw you around more on angled dips and drain your wallet.
when i did my front pro comp 22210 springs my front sway bar wont fit cuz the links are too short now. Been two years and i never noticed any difference without it

You are better off without it since you don't need the added spring pressure on turns and off road because now the truck won't throw you around so much on angled dips and off road driving.
