Radius Arm Questions

couple questions now that I have everything apart on the frame side.

The original nut, washer, bushing, and second bushing came out nice. Pretty sure the 'last' washer that is up against the nub of the radiius arm also comes off? I tapped it with a small hammer and it easily came off. Was it supposed to be built into the radius arm? I say that because after I tapped it off, the ridge that it sits on, part of it (maybe 1/4 of the ridge diameter) rusted/chipped off and that washer no longer fits perfect/even against the stop.

I noticed there was lots of rust on the radius arm, under where the bracket and bushings had been. Is this normal? Should I try to take a wire brush and clean it up best I can?

Lastly, a parts store last year had sold me Moog part K8295 for the bushing kit, but this just doesn't look to be the right part. Should I have looked instead for K8146? or K80004?

Sorry for the long post.

Yes the washer usually stays on the arm. Also rust happens so clean it up and look for pitting or wear as the diameter should be the same through out the bolt end. Energy suspension makes great poly bushings for the ford radius arms.

The best way is to get the whole 14 piece bushing kit, includes trac bar and C-bushings.

Definitely have pitting on mine. The diameter where the bracket and bushings sit is less. Will this hurt anything as long as everything is tight and the bushings fit reasonably tight?

Mine actually snapped. Took me a while to find a good set to replace them. I've also thought about seeing if a machine shop could replace the rod/bolt portion on my original set, just to have spares.
