Two Radius Arm Bushing Sizes, Same year...
I am doing the radius arm bushings in my 1991 F-150 2wd.
I ordered a Daystar Poly Kit (Daystar<!--StartFragment --> KF07009).
The new bushings are too thick; the retaining nut at the end of the radius arm (bolt) won't thread on. If the bushings were 1/8" less "thick" or the radius arm threads were 1/8" longer the nut would thread on.
I was reading an earlier and it looks like some 1991's require the bushings sold for 1993-1996 trucks.
I messed with it for a while but for now I just put the original bushings back on.
Anyone else ever come across this? If so what kit ended up fitting?

When I installed mine on my 92 4x4, I used a come-along to squeeze the the radious arm into the bracket. That gave me enough to get the nut on. After torqueing it there is about 3 threads showing past the nut.
