Is premium blue synthetic? I know premium blue EXTREME is synthetic.
Either way, it's good oil. I am running Premium Blue 15w-40 right now and my truck enjoys it. Both Premium Blue and Premium Blue EXTREME are good stuff.

I dont believe the premium blue 15-40 is a synthetic, but it is still a very good oil. extreme blue 5-40 is synthetic, a very good oil as well, and very expensive.
shell rotella T5 15-40 is a non synthetic, and the T6 5-40 is a synethic. all good oils
