Replacing Track Bar Bushing (2008 F250)

I need to replace the bushing on my track bar and for the price tag of
just $18.05, it's hard to resist vs. replacing the whole track bar for $150.

But....... Removing the old bushing and installing the new bushing appears
to require super human effort. I've seen people using some specialize clamp
looking device, air hammers, or blow torches. In short, what is the simple
way for removing the old and installing the new $18 bushing? Or should I
just say Uncle and buy the $150 bar with the bushing installed?

Take your hourly pay rate and divide that into the difference between the two. So, say you make $20/hr.

150-18=$132 $20 per hr/$132=6.6 hrs

If you can replace the bushing in less than 6.6 hours, you're paying yourself for the work. Find someone who's done this before. If it's like the ***** bushings on Mustang control arms, it takes heating them with a torch to get them out. BUT, $40 bushings WAY better than $400 control arms! It might just be a matter of tapping them out with a hammer and punch.

Why can't life be easy. Hahahah.

Since I plan on selling my F250 in the coming weeks, I'm just going to
take the easy way out and get a new track bar with the bushing installed.
I'll add the cost into the price I quote to a prospective buyer.
