sagging front end

sagging front end
My F350 has a sag on the drivers side. Im assuming the shock is weak and I was getting ready to replace my front shocks anyway, because i already inspected the usual. Tire pressure and leaf springs. Everything checks out, but the shocks are stock and im pushing 145,xxx. What do you guys think?
