chip question
Good Morning guys!
What exactly does a chip to to give me 100 more hp? Is it a combination of changing the shift points and raising the boost in the turbo?
For someone wanting a little more power this seems to me to be the first and easiest choice.
If I where to add a chip which would you guys recommend? Would 100 hp stretch my head bolts?
I just was curious what other have experienced.

Thanks travis and fordpride. So where can I find info on hat matches? For example: stage one injectors. Better intake, nice exhaust and chip. That's good for 100 hp?

Heres one of the most cost effective and (with a few minor exceptions) problem free guage setups many have done. I personally have installed 2 sets of these on other trucks and will be getting some for my rig here soon. GlowShift | 3 in 1 Diesel Truck Gauges - 60mm Boost, Pyrometer EGT, Digital Temp, Digital Pressure, Digital Pyrometer EGT & Digital Boost

Alive and kicking my friend! Sorry I aint been around much lately, I try to keep up with whats new here haha. Working full time now and going to school is keeping me busy. And trying to finish my interior overhaul on the side. Ill post pics of that when its finally done! Just need to find some Lariat SD seats....
