That slide pin reminder thread... again.
So i was going through the front stoppy parts on a e99 f350 dually (totally sweet welding rig 5spd 4x4 with aluminum welding bed) and the passenger side slide pins were all but seized.
The bottom ds pin...
As you can see from its home... it was a little nasty in there...
Oxy-acetylene powered profanity grease was applied in copious amounts to get it to at least wiggle. If fought all the way out.
As easy a job it is to do the maintenance...
What should have been an hour job turned into a 5 hour job.
