Truck around 55 mph feels like it is lunging or switching between OD & D. constantly. I can turn OD off and it feels good and quits. No transmission codes present.
This can be normal with some tuners who set a shift point right there.
When I had my DP Tuner I remember one of the tunes would do that which was obnoxious when towing because the speed limit is 55 when towing here. I would have to do 57 to get past that last shift.

My tuner shifts into OD at 45 on normal throttle as I increase speed. (80E)
Any tuners or full stock? It's been awhile since I drove mine on OE mode. Can't remember when my switches to OD when not on a tune.

I have the edge evolution... I have been running it on level 2. I just switched to level 1 I'll see if it makes a difference. Does anyone know if you can change the shift point for OD with this tuner
EBP - clean sensor and tube. The Exhaust Back Pressure sensor is the feedback to the PCM as to how hard the engine is loaded. If the EBP is plugged up or reading high, the PCM always thinks the truck is under heavy load and will shift accordingly. It also messes with your MPG. It would be best to get a scan tool on it and check the reading against the MAP (they should match +/- 0.2) with KOEO. The sensor is 100 bucks at the dealership, and cheaper from Clay.

odo?? (Over driver off??) If so what is the max you can run with it off?
Depends on how big your tank is and how far the next station is. These engines will run all day long at high RPMs with no issues. They love it infact. As long as EGTs are manageable anyway. Just make sure you don't pass any fuel stations up.
