cooling system capacity
Stated capacity on this engine is 30 quarts. Just had my lower radiator hose replaced and coolant changed. Mechanic used airlift to refill. Only took about 22 quarts. Yes he drained both sides of block.
Has anyone else changed or had their coolant changed. If so, how much did it actually take for a refill?
Truck is factory except for the fact that the EGR was changed to the updated one that no longer has coolant flowing through it.
