Scanguage 2 comes highly recommended. Also if you have an android device the Torque app is used by alot. For higher end (more flashy) people use the Edge CTS monitor. There is dash boss which is for Iphone and Ipad. Cheapest to highest Id say Torque ($5), Scanguage 2 ($160 or less), Dash Boss (not sure of price), Edge CTS ($300+/-).
Hey Cole welcome to FTE, most us the Scan GaugeII or dash boss theres a few others, the best price Ive seen so far is the scan gauge for 160.00 at auto zone you can probebly get it a little cheeper on line , as far as the dash boss ? I havent owned one , but some of the other guys will , Take a look at my Thread,(do we get a commision) and theres good info there. on all of the scans to monitor live data. good luck and happy reading.
Scan Gauge II with x gauge will look at = all senser related problems , it shows oil and coolent temp, trans, icp, ipr, map, egr, tps, batts, alt, ficm, and alot more best bang for your buck
it does not show fuel pressure
Ill have to look into that torque again. I found out about last night. Just looking for something just a bit nicer. Im trying to stash my money so I can bulletproof my truck this summer.
I wouldn't suggest the Edge insight until they add some of the more important pid's, Dashboss is way cool if you have an IOS phone or iPad or scangauge II would be your best options
I use SGII it picks up everything on engine some trans and will do what you need
DashBoss Another good one I really like the DB Display plus I think it has a Port to add Fuel Pres gauge input
There are no OEM Senders for LPO,EGT,Fuel Pressure so no matter the Gauge you get these gauges will require Senders or basicaly everything so starting from Scratch

If you have a droid phone (or you can just buy a droid device cheap) by far the best bang for your buck is the Torque Pro. It's graphical interface is quite a bit nicer than a text based one like SGII. I'm in to mine for about $18 -- that's the cost of a bluetooth adapter for the ODBII port and $4.95 for the app (I already have the phone).
You can set up some very nice dashboards with different style gauges, it monitors, alarms and has all the Ford extended PIDs.
Do some searches on Torque and read the threads, there's some nice screen shots of what you can do...

I just got my dashboss going (and absolutely love it), so Im just getting it figured out. Dashboss has the senders available for EGT and fuel pressure, which I plan to order shortly and add to it, but you only have the ability to add two other inputs to it. I know there is no LPO, but I find no HPO either. Is that because I am not recognising it, or is that because my '03 does not have it, whereas later years do?
By the way, for the record, I have no experience with the others so I can't comment on which is necessarily better. I thought it looked like a great choice from my research, already had an Ipad, and am about to buy an Iphone.

Does it really have all of the Ford enhanced PID's? If so, that is an amazing deal. There are over 6,000 Ford enhanced PID possibilities. The actual number you can monitor depends on how many the PCM monitors. HERE is a full list of Ford enhanced PID's. Most devices such as AE, IDS, Snap On Solus, and our Infinity, require some sort of license or add-on to monitor all of the enhanced parameters.
For example, our Infinity will monitor 254 signals on my 2001 7.3L, and 336 signals on my fathers 2004 6.0L. This is, of course, with a VIN license.

I edited my statement. It's great that you are a site supporter, but you sure come off as a hot head -- how's that workin' for you business-wise?!
