I have a f350 2000 with 7.3 ... I have a 6" block lift with 2" add a leaf in the rear. The front has a drop bracket and has to be about 10 " lift to level it out. I am looking for an adjustable track bar and an after market pitman arm.. The stock one is still there...
This track bar might work since you say u have a drop bracket. If the stock track bar is working but just needs to be a little LONGER, this one should work.
Says it adjusts from 30" to 33 1/2" long. Measure your needs and see if this will fit.
I'm running one with my 2" front leveling leafs and it worked out great. Cant beat the price either.
As far as your pitman arm is concerned, I cant believe you have about 10" lift with a stock pitman arm. I would think that would make for some horrible bump steering and handling.
I've seen pitman arms for 4-6 lifts, but not 10". You might be able to get away with one of the 4-6" ones.
You want your track bar and drag link, which is the tie rod from the steering box to the passenger side steering knuckle, to be as close to even/parallel as possible.
