I didn't take as bashing...I still question if you are talking about a defueled cab and chassis or a regular 6.7, but you didn't put much effort into your post, so I didn't put much effort into my response. You been here long enough to know that.
To answer your question, nothing is free in my opinion. If you want more power out of any truck, you need to spend some money. Just like your other truck.

Basically Ford did a pretty good job of "hotrodding" this motor from the factory and didn't leave any quick, easy tricks for us. Like Darren has said, nothing short of tuning is going to gain you anything noticeable.
