I saw one a few years ago that was stretched between the doors and the topper. I didn't get a chance to talk with the owner, but it looked like a top notch home built.
Just thopught id bring this back up and see if anyone else has seen any. Not the centurian dually stretches, but ext or super cabs, or just a 12 inch stretch like the prerunner.
