codes 1209, 1211, 1249

Hi guys, New member here;
I have a 2002 f-350 with the 7.3 turbo diesel. Utilize a Superchips MAX Micro Tuner. When I put the truck under a load, such as pulling trailor up a good grade, the CEL comes on. It will go off after a bit of driving. Each time the CEL comes on, I get stored codes 1209 (ICP system fault), 1211 (ICP sensor above/below desired) and 1249 (wastegate control valve performance). The truck continues to run good with no problems, but the codes get stored.

Some of the research I have done is pointing toward the IPR being stuck or not functioning correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a compentent backyard mech. but not a ford tech.

Welcome to FTE.

Unfortunately, you're posting this in the wrong section. This one is just essentially for new folks to introduce themselves.

Drop down to the 1999 - 2003 7.3L Powerstroke Diesel forum and post your question there.
