Tuff Country has 2" lift "EZ-RIDE" replacement springs for 1980-1997 F250/350 Diesels, but they're pricey ($500-600). sdtrucksprings.com is one place that lists them. I'm sure they're top quality, but that's not cheap.
I wanted the same thing as you but at that same price, Tough Country had a whole kit that claimed 3-4" lift for gas engines, came with all 4 springs, shocks, and a replacement track bar bracket for the 350s (as I was swapping in a D60 straight axle), all of which I was going to buy anyways.
I figured the diesel would take the 3-4" down to 2.5-3" with the added weight, but with the D60 swap I gained some height as well and I ended up at around 3". Not the end of the world, except now my backrack scrapes the top of my garage door frame on the way through.
i had seen those kits and thought they were ouragiously priced as well. why doesnt anyone just make the coil boosters like they do for every other truck out there? and unfortunately my truck is only 2wd so i dont know if the kit you installed would work on mine or not. i see lots of lifted/leveled idi's on here how did you all do it?
I have a 93 2wd F250 and wanted a little more level stance. I, like you had trouble finding anything rated for 2wd diesels. I pretty much gave up and I'm going to buy new coils from MOOG while replacing all the steering and suspension wear items to get the front susp. tip top. I plan to buy all the parts over several paychecks and replace them all at once. Once I install the springs if I still don't like it I'm going to machine some spacers out of steel plate and cushion with tire sidewall rubber. Then I will have it aligned and call it good.
