No Start Blues

Hey guys, First off thanx for all the killer info I have gotten off this site the last couple months. It has not gotten my truck going yet but I know a hell of a lot more than I did. I have an 03 f350 cc 4x4 6.0. I am a commercial fisherman and I use and Love my truck. I was gone for a couple months and when I returned the truck wouldnt start. Bad batteries. I got two new batt. still no go. The ficm tested bad so sent it to Ed.While it was gone I replaced the ICP sensor, new oil and fuel filters. Got it back together and no start. Got a scangauge and here are the numbers. KOEO CRANKIN ICP=149 792 IPR=14.4 77.6 ICV= .33 .96 FPW=0 7192 FLP=11.5 10 FMP=48 47.5 FVP=11.5 10 FSN=0 1 My typing skills suck! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

IPR % while cranking is too high, but technically should start.

Welcome to FTE

Check fuses especialy F22

does the Upper fuel bowel fill when key is turned to KOEO

Also Post ICPV at KOEO or is that when you got the ICPV reading at .33volt??

Cmp/Ckp sync should read 1 during crank
FICM Sync should read 1 during crank

Post Vref
Post Cranking RPM

You can also try to unplug fan clutch and try to start

Looks like HPO system is making good pressure and FICM is syncing during crank. Batteries are a little low, may want to put a charger on them at a low rate overnight. Can you hear the fuel pump running KOEO? Maybe pull the upper fuel filter cap and make sure you have flow (should fill up quick when you turn key on). Also did you get two clicks on the connectors for the FICM? Sometimes they can be a bugger to get them locked in good.

I hope this is the right place to reply. The upper fuel filter fills up fast, I checked the fuses but will do it again. The CVI=4.49 and the ICPV=.33 and .96. It speeds up the starter once the pressure comes up(couple of seconds) and I smell partly burned fuel but wont quite run.

Do you hear all eight injectors pre-cycling when you turn the ignition key from OFF to RUN? If the answer is no, you either have one or both of the main FICM connectors not seated properly or you have failed/faulty injector(s) causing your truck not to start. Do you have access to a scan tool that can run what's called a KOEO Injector Buzz test? If you do, do you hear all eight injectors buzz/click during the test?

Since it sat for a few Makes me wonder if the A/C Pump seized up or a Pulley

You might try taking the Belt off and trying to start

These A/C Pumps are kinda common to freeze up causing to much drag to Start

The upper fuel filter is full, fuse f22 is good, the refv is 4.98, and the rpm=160. I will program the cam;crank sync and unplugg fan and get back to you. thax, I truly am going nuts with this thing.

If it has the capability to run what's called an Injector Buzz test, run it and see if you hear all eight injectors buzz/click and post up any codes, if any come up.
