idle and code issues
hi i am a new user of this site and would like to post a tech question. i have a 94 ford f-150 4x4 with 5 spd mt with a 302. i have 4 codes on my truck. i did koeo, koer, and continous memory tests. i also did a timing advance check. all these checks was done with actron obd 1 ford scanner. the codes are 311 213 332 538. my truck will idle insanly high upon start up and has a rough idle when rpms finally go down. also when upshifting, the rpms will go up instead of dropping when i push my clutch in. i did a tune up, fogged the intake, and took egr valve off and cleaned what i could. if anbody can help it would sure be appreciated. thank you.
