I have a 1999 F-350 superduty truck. The problem is that the amount of air coming from the air vents is not what it use to be. The pressure in the system is fine and you con feel the cool air if you put your hand close to the vent. When running the system on max you can hear the blower blowing at a high rate but the flow rate is just not there
Not sure on a '99, Mike. On my old '95 I had to pull the heater/ac motor to get into the system. Hang tough, someone will come along with the right procedure.
Stupid question: Are all your dash vents open and is the air flow the same through all of them? What about different postions on the control switch ie: heater, defroster, etc?

No question is stupid! But yes all vents are open, I have tryed the different position on the controller, and swiched between the different them but this had know effect. All the positions work when swiched to that position.
