Transmission and 6.0 cooler around 5k. I wouldn't wait to you have problems unless you can do without the truck for about 6 weeks. My truck has 248k and I did not think I had a problem but he showed me my gears and clutches and it wasn't going much further. If it leaves you on the side of the road it is going to cost you a lot more in my opinion.
