I`m putting an engine in my 92 stepside.I`ve noticed that the 95 engine that I`m using has the act switch in the air box instead on the intake.Rather than switching intakes, can I use the one in the air box without upsetting my computer.I would appriciate the answer if anyone has done this before? They are both roller engines with same firing order.thanks

You won't upset the computer but it won't ever go into closed loop with the airbox ACT sensor beause the computer is used to seeing closed loop ACT temperatures closer to engine operating temp.

Both roller yes but they don't have the same firing order. That won't affect this swap however as long as you don't try to use any wiring from the donor motor and route the plug wires for the 351/HO firing order on the replacement engine.
