Off to doc today for some cortisone injections and then I think Ill finish off my day with a sud (plural) and tossing ball for Smoke. Challenging life eh?

That's what I thought be I wasn't sure, I had the shots in my wrist before & it never helped, gotta go do my bus run, ttyl
