Two codes on the glow plug control module and another about the batteries being disconnected but looking at the 6.0 Bible all the codes have a bade pcm as a falt also to there codes so would you gies bye a injecter or a pcm to start?

Well if you have a Bad cylinder #2 injector thats Hydrolocking it should be able to change that and get it to run

You will have to post the exact DTC to get the Best help on those

Has this truck even ran since it got torn apart for the Oil Cooler EGR Deleate???

I have a 2006 f350 6.0 4X4 that was puking water, but no coolant in the oil and no oil in the coolant.
If you pulled a glow plug and got oil and coolant out of it then I would say you have a blown head gasket or a head problem. the oil cooler is know for causing this problem.
I found a kit at Bulletproofdiesel.com.
that replaces the factory oil cooler with a external oil cooler this kit also replaces the EGR tube from round to square this kit stops the problem that the oiler cooler caused Blown head gaskets I also had to replace the heads and when I did I used the ARP head bolt stud kit from BPD.com. you can go to the BPD.com web page and watch their videos on what the kits fixes.

I just wonder if the Problem all along was a Bad Injector or Did you have a Gauge and Compare the ECT vs EOT per TSB# 09-08-03 ??

What are the Odds an Inject would Hang and Dump fuel into the cylinder during the Initial restart from egr/oil cooler work

Guess it Dont Matter at this Point

If your SHure its Inject #2 thats stuck you will need a New Injector in that Cylinder

Did you pull all Glow Plugs Out?????

ARe you just going by a Mist Test for bad Injector???

Have you tried a Bubble test???

I gess i better start over about a month ago I went to go to work and my truck didn't have the power to move I barrowed a scanner and found 4 injecters and 2glow plugs were bad so I changed all the plugs and the 4 injecters I drove it to work a few days and it was running better than it ever has then I hooked up to a trailer an went to Sacramento to move my doughter home about 1000 round trip I have a little summit as soon as I leave my house and a big one just before hers on mine I got a little spike in heat and then it was fine tell I got it loaded at the doughters on the way home my truck started heating up as I climed the summit and pulled over twice to cool off in Reno I stoped to fule and had to add a gallon of coolent and about every75 miles after that I put in another gallon tell I got 50 miles from home she just shut off I coasted to the side of the road and restarted it bye the time I looked in my mirrors she was puking thick white smoke out the exhaust so I shut it off tried to start it again and it was hydrolocked got it home and pulled the plugs the next day and cranked it and my truck got covered in oil all kinds of crap so I pulled the egr valve and it was covered in a sticky black paist so I called a buddies dad (Ford tech.) And he sed the egr went and I should change the oil cooler as well so I did and when I tried to start it I didn't have no oil pressure cranked it some more and it the oil pressure finally came up I stopped cranking to let the starter cool when I went to start it again it was hydrolocked again pulled the plugs shuved an old t shirt over all the holes cranked it and the shirt got drenched in fule off of the #2 hole so that's ware I'm at now haven't tried any tests yet how do I do both?
What I did was after I got done I

When you hydrolocked it the first time did you evacuate the cylinders of the coolant by cranking the engine over without the glow plugs in?

Is the hydrolocked cylinder one of the ones with a new injector? Did you install the injectors yourself and if so did you make sure there were no old copper washers left in the injector cups, did you make sure there was no liquid in the injector hold down bolt hole and what did you torque the injectors to ( this really only applies if the hydrolocking cylinder is one with a new injector)? And are the new injectors OEM remans?

Actually it was the first one i changed out and that one I know for sure it was clean out and the copper washer came out with it to cuz I was comparing the new and the old Cooper washer and used air to clean out the bolt hole and to clean out the hole for the injecter after I cleaned it I can't remember the torque. Exactly but I think it was 26 for some reson that is sticking in my head so it must be the injecter or the oil tube or I gess it could of bean someware elts on the oil cooler change out
