You really should replace the orings and copper washer, make sure to lube the new orings with oil and make sure the injector hold down bolt hole doesn't have liquid in it before you reinstall it.

The injector should be fine. Did you turn the engine over enough with the glow plug out to get all of the liquid out of the cylinder?

Crank the engine over ( as shown in the video )with the glow plug removed from the hydro locked cylinder to evacuate the cylinder then reinstall the glow plug,

AT a Dealer Leval the inject holddown would be replaced as well

You could probably reuse it though

All Injector Orings & Copper washer are 1 time use ONLY

Make shure inject cup is clean

put fresh coat oil on the orings

If your ICP sensor is in the Valve cover you should also do the other HPO Rail Upgrades while the Valve cover off

Thanks gies I'm calling the Ford dealer today to see if they have the o ring kit if they don't ill have to wait a week for it to get here from eBay I don't amagin that the parts houses around here will have them but I've allready cleaned the socket rilly good and tried to evacuate all the fule from the cylinder as best I could but with the bad o ring fule was poring in almost as fast as I was pumping it out but I will do it again after I get it fixed and before I start it

if you crank the engine as shown in the video the fuel pump wont run and you will be able to get most of the fuel/liquid out of the cylinder with the glow plug removed, just make sure the key is NOT in the on position, in fact you don't even need the key in the ignition to turn it over doing as instructed in the video.

Thanks gies I got my truck running tonight and it runs great even thou the pipe was full of fule and it smoked like crazy tell it all got burned out of the exhaust but now it has a leak of some sort now after I got back from the test drive the botom of my moter was covered on the driverside with an oily clear liquid the only clear liquid I can think of is coolent ware do you gies think it could be coming from wich side is the water pump on

Your not the first person to forget to torque an inject


as far as the leak goes driver side has lots of possibilities
Coolant
Brake Fluid
HydroBoost/Power steering fluid
Diesel fuel

Lots of stuff that driver side

small sample of Most fluids does/can look clear

any smell??

ANything Low Fluid

If the leak wasn't there before you took it apart, look at everything you took off to make the repair.

When you put the intake manifold back in did you install the new oring where the manifold attaches to the front cover?

I may of missed it I bought a intake kit and replaced all the o rings I could find but I had two bigger ones left about the size of the o ring on the oil filter cap
