gauge cluster problems

I have inherited a 95 bronco from my dad. I am not to familiar with mechanic work and the vehicle is in need of some work. I'm working through piece by piece and I'm stuck on the instrument cluster right now. None of the gauges work and no lights as well. What could be causing this and how would I fix it. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide

Welcome to FTE and the Big Bronco Forum. We will do our best to get you the most accurate information we can muster.

Power to the PSOM (Programmable Speedometer/Odometer Module) in the instrument cluster comes from Fuse #8 in the dashboard fuse block. However, the lamps in the instrument cluster are fed by Fuse #10 in the same fuse block. All of the other gauges are fed power by yet another Fuse in the same block... Fuse #17. The Negative ("ground") side of ALL of the circuits in the instrument cluster is below the left (driver's) cowl panel up behind the parking brake pedal assembly.
