Yes, you can check your CC without reducing the lockout count by either:
1) not grounding the LB/Y wire before starting
2) turning off the ignition before locking in the new CC.

I just did my speedo as in niteowl17's post and he said the constant would only go up mine was at 980cal and with three hits on the button it was 977cal. I have smaller tires did it go the wrong way? is it because mine is a 1997 and his post was for up to 1996---Thanks for any help
