And a nice new spring loaded wire stripper/electrical pliers...
And a 20oz. Red metal thumb pump oil can..
All for 16$.
I love the toy store...
Almost as much as getting new toys greasy...!
Got a neighbor to crank it while i looked under the hood...
No oil from spouts at all on pass side bank.
No oil from 2&8 on ds bank.
During this observation...
I noticed copious ammounts of oil in the valley under the pedestal...
Odd ... me thinks to myself...
"Crank on it again floyd"...
Oh... duh...
The ds hp oil supply line is vomiting oil where the little wrap around clamp holds it to the head...
That could be the source of the pressure loss...
Heh...
Yah... somebody... attempted to do the ccv mod.
Turned the doghouse around...
Left it spitting straight at the firewall...
And stuffed a bolt in the ccv port on the intake.
The first bolt they tried was apparently too small...
New parts... installed everything but the new comp wheel... (yah i know im dumb and didnt get a reinstall kit thinking i could just pull the housing...)
Same results on attempts to start as original video depicts.
New icp and pigtail.
New pass side rear vch pigtail..
New hpo lines..
Sounds like she's only hitting on 3-4 holes.
When i did have the neighbor cranking on it... before i noticed the line dumping oil... i could only see 4 oil spouts actually kicking out oil.
1 on pass side and 3 of them on ds.
Was hoping the no spitters were due to the blown line...
Guess not...
