As a general rule, the transmission itself is the same, on a C6 for example the ratios are, I believe, 2.47, 1.47. 1.0 these are the same regardless of what vehicle the transmission is installed.
There may be some differences in the transmission in regards to torque capacity (more clutch plates, higher line pressure, etc.) but overall, there isn't much difference between transmissions installed in trucks, vans, and passenger cars.
